SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We aim to send out all orders within 3 working days of payment made. Delays may occur during sales. All orders will be sent out via Express Post where possible to do so. Dangerous goods such as flammable materials (like Monomer) cannot be sent via express post and therefore will be sent through Standard Post. Once your order has been received by Australia Post you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order through the Australia Post website or download the App. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages as once it is with Australia Post it is out of our control. Your package will be left in a safe place at the address given if no one is at home. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages left at your address.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take every measure to pack your orders with care, but if you do receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us ASAP at sales@rainbowrealm.com.au with your order number and pictures for proof of the damage or fault to organize a refund or replacement. If required, we will send you a post bag to return the faulty or damaged item. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
